Terms and Conditions
Please note- As each item is handmade to order, there may be a 7-10 day turnaround time.
All items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class- If you require your item sooner, please contact us and we can discuss whether a “Rush Order” option is available on your item-This will incur a small fee for faster postage.
When adding your personalisation text, please triple check the spelling, as once the order is placed, this can not be changed and your item will come personalised exactly how you have stated.
As each item is personalised, refunds will not be authorised if there is a spelling error made by the customer or for any other reason other than the item is faulty or not fit for purpose.
If you do notice you have made an error whilst placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been designed and made then amendments will be granted.

First of all- Welcome to The Crafty Fox and thank you for visiting my site.
Having an unusual name (or at least unusual outside of Wales) means never finding anything at the gift shop with your name on it, I remember as a child my Mum coming home with a hair band for me.....but not just any hairband- it had MY name on it 🤩 Any 90s kid will know the sort I mean- And from then on, this sparked my passion for personalised gifts!
Fast forward 22 years from the snazzy hairband and I now have two children of my own. They both have Welsh names too and so history repeats itself!
After familiarising myself with the equipment, software, rules and regulations, I took the first step of launching my Facebook page - no mean feat with a three year old son and six week old daughter!
I am very much at the beginning of my journey still- I have a very busy, tractor mad 3 year old and a rather demanding but extremely sweet 6 week old at the time of writing this.
My best inspiration and ideas always seem to pop into my head during the night feeds! I love thinking about them and watching them evolve and take shape. I have so many ideas for future product ranges, watch this space!
I’m more than happy to discuss or advise on any requests you have for custom orders to make them absolutely perfect.
So that’s a little about me, I’ll stop waffling now! Thanks again for visiting my page. By the way, my name is Ffion which translates to ‘foxglove’ in English, hence The Crafty Fox!
